Judges 4:3

3Then the people of Israel acried out to the Lord for help, for he had b900 chariots of iron and he oppressed the people of Israel cruelly for twenty years.

Judges 6:6

6And Israel was brought very low because of Midian. And the people of Israel ccried out for help to the Lord.

Judges 10:10-16

10And the people of Israel dcried out to the Lord, saying, “We have sinned against you, because ewe have forsaken our God and have served the Baals.” 11And the Lord said to the people of Israel, “Did I not save you ffrom the Egyptians and gfrom the Amorites, hfrom the Ammonites and ifrom the Philistines? 12The Sidonians also, and jthe Amalekites and the Maonites oppressed you, and you cried out to me, and I ksaved you out of their hand. 13Yet you have lforsaken me and served other gods; therefore I will save you no more. 14Go and cry out mto the gods whom you have chosen; let them save you in the time of your distress.” 15And the people of Israel said to the Lord, “We have sinned; do to us whatever seems good to you. Only please deliver us this day.” 16So they put away the foreign gods from among them and served the Lord, and nhe became impatient over the misery of Israel.

Psalms 99:6-7

6 oMoses and Aaron were among his ppriests,
Samuel also was among those who qcalled upon his name.
They rcalled to the Lord, and he answered them.
7In sthe pillar of the cloud he spoke to them;
they tkept his testimonies
and the statute that he gave them.

Psalms 106:44

44 Nevertheless, he looked upon their distress,
